This low calorie, tasty smoothie is prepared from one peeled navel orange, half a cup of fat free yogurt, 2 tbsp of frozen orange juice concentrate, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and four ice cubes. Place the ingredients in a blender and process until it becomes smooth.
Green Tea, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie
This nutritional powerhouse is made from one green tea bag, two tsp of honey, three tbsp of water, one cup of frozen blueberries, half a med banana and one cup of calcium-fortified light vanilla soy milk. Boil some water in a bowl and then pour into a bowl. Add the tea bag and allow three minutes for brewing. Then dissolve the honey in the tea. Meanwhile, blend the berries, banana, and milk in together. Add the tea and blend further until you reach the desired consistency.
Berry Breakfast Smoothie
This delicious blend of protein and fiber can be prepared from one diced banana, half a cup of fat free milk, 1/4 cup each of frozen unsweetened blueberries and strawberries, a dollop of peanut butter and half a tsp of honey. Combine the ingredients in a blender and process for around a minute or until the drink has the consistency of a thick milkshake.
This decadent, thick smoothie requires one cup of low fat vanilla yogurt, a few ice cubes and a cup of pineapple chunks. Place the yogurt and ice cubes in a blender to combine and pulsate until the ice fragments into large chunks. Add the pineapple and blend at whip speed until it’s smooth and thick.
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
This energizing smoothie needs a cup of non-fat yogurt, one banana, half a cup orange juice and six frozen strawberries. Combine the ingredients in a blender for twenty seconds. Blend for an additional fifteen seconds after scraping down the sides.
Strawberry & Kiwi Smoothie

Combine the ingredients in a blender to be processed for half minute until it becomes frosty and smooth.
Take a cup of milk, half a cup each of strawberries and frozen peaches, two tbsp of fat-free vanilla yogurt, a smidgen of powdered ginger, a few ice cubes and two tsp of whey protein powder. To ensure the protein powder is evenly distributed, first commingle the liquid ingredients and whey. Then add the fruits, followed by the ice, before blending the whole lot.

Take six peeled, pitted apricots, two peeled and chopped ripe mangoes, some fat-free yogurt, 4 tsp fresh lemon juice, a handful of ice cubes, and a little vanilla extract. Place the ingredients in a blender to be processed for eight seconds and later for eight more seconds after adding ice cubes for smoothness.
Start with two cups of chopped watermelons, some fat free milk and ice. Blend the liquid ingredients for fifteen seconds and then add ice and blend for a further 20 seconds or until the desired consistency is achieved.
